Cancellation Policy and General Terms & Conditions of Participation

Dear Participants,

Please kindly review the following terms, which form an integral part of the booking and participation terms and conditions. Completing the booking constitutes explicit and unconditional acceptance of all the provisions below:

Eligibility:

To participate, the participant must:

                • Be at least eighteen (18) years old, or have written consent from a parent or legal guardian if under this age.

                • Possess full legal capacity to act and contract in accordance with applicable laws.

                • Be in good health and medically fit to participate in the event, with no medical conditions preventing participation.

The participant bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the provided information and for any complications or damages resulting from non-compliance with this condition.

Full Refund:

The participant has the right to cancel the booking and receive a full refund, provided the cancellation is made within seven (7) calendar days from the booking confirmation date (i.e., the payment date).

Partial Refund:

If cancellation occurs from the eighth day after booking confirmation up to twenty-one (21) days before the departure date, fifty percent (50%) of the booking amount will be deducted as a cancellation fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

No Refund:

No refund requests will be accepted if cancellation occurs less than twenty-one (21) days before the departure date, and no amount will be refunded under any circumstances.

Visas and Travel Arrangements:

The participant is solely responsible for obtaining a visa and making all travel arrangements, including flight tickets. The organizers assume no legal or financial responsibility in cases of visa denial, delays, or flight cancellations for any reason.

Coordinating Travel with the Gym Team:

If the participant wishes to travel on the same flight as the Gym team, they must contact us in advance. Participants will be provided with flight details upon booking confirmation. However, booking and paying for the flight tickets remain the full responsibility of the participant, and the organizers have no obligation in this regard.

Event Cancellation or Postponement by Organizers:

The organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event’s program or venue if necessary due to force majeure or circumstances beyond their control (such as natural disasters, government decisions, or security conditions), or if the minimum required number of participants is not met, as determined by the organizers. No compensation will be provided in such cases. In these situations, the organizers commit to refunding all paid amounts in the event of final cancellation or transferring the booking to the new date in case of postponement.

Acknowledgment:

Completing the booking is considered a final acknowledgment by the participant that:

                • They have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all the terms and conditions.

                • They bear full responsibility for the accuracy of the provided information and their legal and medical eligibility to participate.

                • They commit to following all instructions issued by the organizers before and during the event.
